Line of Duty co-star visits Martin Compston at Soccer Aid training camp
Martin Compston was visited by a Line of Duty co-star while training for the UNICEF Soccer Aid charity match, which takes place next Sunday at the London Stadium.
Vicky McClure, who starred alongside Compston in the hit BBC drama, was on hand to put the Scottish actor through his paces as he trained for the game.
Compston posted an Instagram Story of himself and McClure kissing, with the caption: “Former enemy. @vicky.mcclure”, alongside a Scottish and English flag emoji.

The pair may be friendly in real life, but when Scotland and England face off they seem like bitter enemies.
Earlier this week, Glasgow Live reported that the Greenock-born actor sparked Line of Duty season seven rumors after posting a snap of the cast together.
Compston hinted that a new season of the hit BBC crime drama could be on the horizon after tweeting a picture of himself, Adrian Dunbar, Vicky McClure and writer Jed Mercurio.

he posted the photo with the caption: “Talking tattoo designs”.
The caption could be a nod to the deal he and his co-stars made to get AC-12 tattoos if the show ever hit 12 million viewers – which it did. after the season finale was watched by 12.8 million people.
On the tweet, a fan replied, “New LOD script under menus?”
A second wrote: “Mother of God, you better talk about some new storylines/twists in the show while you’re at it!!!”
And a third said: “Definitely a new LOD being discussed. I bet the script will be about corrupt cops working for a corrupt government.”
Martin will be on hand for Soccer Aid’s World XI, which kicks off on Sunday June 12.
