Miss World travels to Ghana for charity

Miss World 2019, Vanessa Ponce, will be in Ghana from Tuesday July 2 to Sunday July 7 to support the Miss Ghana Foundation in its ongoing social intervention projects.

The beauty queen will travel the country with the president of the Miss World Organization, Julia Morley, who is also the founder of the charity Beauty With A Purpose.

One of the main reasons for his visit to Ghana is to support the Miss Ghana Foundation and the brand in its social intervention work such as the ongoing educational project at the Don Bosco Technical and Vocational Training Institution in the heart of the Municipality of Ashaiman and the water project. in Nabuli to produce drinking water for the inhabitants of the Gushegu district in the North region.

Miss Ponce will also cover the costs of surgery for children with scoliosis at FOCOS hospital in Accra.

Her visit is part of the activities leading up to the 2019 edition of the Miss Ghana Final at the Kempinski Hotel on Saturday July 6.
